Marie - OH MY!!!
Memories! This song was playing at Altamont Pass Speedway when the Hells Angels shot a person that was trying to touch Mick on stage. They recently found they were actually there to kill Mick instead of being his body guard - scarey!
Two of our step brothers (that I really do not like at all) are Hell's Angels from one of the rotten chapters - lucky us! So glad they live in Las Vegas and not here anymore! Not all HA's are nasty people. I used to work with a HA gal who was a sweet heart.
Yes, I admit I am an old hippie chick and have been to sooooo many concerts! It is really wierd that now I live 30 miles from the Altamont Pass and my grandson races at that speedway.
Mick has always been an awsome performer and will most likely still be doing it with a cane one day and still beating out the music! LOL! At least he is older than me!
Also, I was reading the credits in the last Pirates of the Caribbean Movie - At World's End (which I rarely ever do) and noticed that Jack Sparrow's father Captian Teague was played by Keith Richards - he really looks like a snarly old sea dog too!
Rock on!
glad to have been able to spice up your day and memory!! I am so amazed that theese boys "The Rolling Stones", started their way to the top before I even was born!! and they are still going strong
Saw them live at, "Ullevi" Göteborg in June 1982, had had the fortune to get very cheep ticket just outside the arena after that the concert had been on for 10 minutes or so.
My youngest son (18) is also a big fan and he saw them live at "Ullevi" last summer, we only had 2 tickets so I and my husband had turning of the dice and I lost!!! hope that they will have at least one more tour so I will be able to se them again.
Will hang on the handle to the cinemas on the 4 of April to see Scorseses movie Shine A Light with them since it's probably the closest I gat to a concert with them!!
