My sweet Flashy . . .
Having Flashy, the little brown spotted tabby boy with those huge ears, it was like having all figures right on the Lotto ticket and I had won at least a million.
Last Wednesday, he was to have his second shot with Tricat but I noticed he was a little hot and not so active so I decided he would wait for one week and I left with his litter mates. On the evening he had some ham and cheese, water and food and I noticed he was a little stiff in his walk, as I can recall now he also had lost a lot of his “fat” and his spine was clearly visible. I went to sleep and woke up at 04.30 and I found him in the litter tray, I picked him up and he was in pain since he tried to bite me when I picked him up, 15 minutes later he’s dead.
I have never experienced such quick death in a kitten/cat and only symptoms was fever . . . no other cats/kittens are sick not even a sneeze from anyone. I have sent him for an autopsy and I hope to have some understanding on what was wrong, feels like I am standing in Bank to collect my win from my Lotto ticket when they tell me I have misread on one figure!!

So sorry to read of that sudden death. Don't know what to say. I hope you get some answers, though that won't help bring him back. Sorry.

Marie,
I just read your post about your baby boy! And, I am so very sorry for the loss! And, what a BIG loss! This is terrible! It is so heart breaking when a kitten is lost and especially when you have bonded with their spirit!
Our sincere condolences
